Theoni was referred to me by a co-worker who recently used her as a lender for their home. From the moment we started working together she has always been very honest, transparent, and professional. As a first time homebuyer and active duty military, I had a lot of questions about income qualifications, using the VA home loan, and how the whole process goes. There was no such thing a a dumb question and she was always quick to respond by text or e-mail. I believe we started working together i the fall of 2022 and although it took us a while to find a home to buy, she was on top of the financial piece every step of the way. I have her our ideal price range for purchasing and she somehow made the number work so we could buy exactly in that range and with minimal closing costs! She really was the best lender we could have every asked for!

Theoni, stepped in the middle of my buying process due to the aggressive nature of the market in Delaware. She was a rockstar getting me in the driver seat for my home purchase. I was able to be more aggressive and found a home for me and my family. Theoni made the process after that seem effortless cause it was so smooth. She was always available for my questions and helped me with anything I needed. Theoni should be your only choice for your mortgage needs!!!

As a first time homebuyer in these economic times, everything seems scary. The news, social media, family, and friends will all scare you out of buying anything, much less a home. Theoni and her team understood my hesitations and met them with facts, data, and real life examples. I submitted an offer with ease and the process could not be more seamless. My parents bought their first home in 2016, both over the age of 55, and I remember sitting with them, their loan officer and realtor being confused by paperwork, the documents requested, and the process. I wish they could’ve experienced the ease of this one. Theoni gave me updates as often as possible, even if there wasn’t an update to share - she still checked in and explained all of my little and silly questions. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and family because the value she and her team bring are much more than these low bargain rates some rookie loan officer can give you with hidden fees at the end. In fact, theoni got me a lower rate than originally expected AND I knew how much cash I would need from the beginning, no hidden fees, no 180s, no gimmicks. Everything was straightforward. I can’t thank Theoni and her team enough! And when I’m ready to buy my next one I absolutely know who I will use!!
